SHIPPING

All orders ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking number is emailed once order is shipped. tayloredcloset is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. Buyers are responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses, re-shipment fees or lost/stolen packages.

RETURNS

All sales are final and not eligible for cancellation, returns or exchanges. Please read all details and dimensions for each product carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. 

PRE-LOVED

All used items are pre-loved and sold as is. I do my best to list any imperfections. Please ask if you have any further questions regarding an item.
